CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please let us know when you get your first reminder text message (5 days prior to your service) Cancelations that occurs less than 48 hours before your service may result in a $50 cancellation fee to be added to your next appointment. If you Cancel on the day of your appointment , a $50 fee will be added plus 50% of your service fee will need to be paid on the day of service.

Please respond to your first text as soon as your receive it. We understand that things come up and we would appreciate time to fill your time slot. You will also receive a second reminder if you have not responded 2 days before your session. If this text does not get responded to your appointment will automatically be cancelled and fees may apply to secure a future appointment.

NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Unfortunately due to the recent high volume of last minute cancelations and no shows, We are now implementing a $50 deposit for all new clients to secure your booking. This fee will be taken off your services at your appointment.
